Carla Scaturro gave a presentation about issues with service lines and how to avoid big expenses when they occur. Ivan provided education on giving a presentation. We had a bunch of visitors today: Scott Harrell (from Bigger Fish Marketing), Jay Sincoff (a CPA), Gerry Harris (from B&L Printing Company), and Lula Crawford (owner of Elegant Window Decor by Lula).
Ivan said that he used Carla had one-to-ones with Ivan and Nicole; she also received a referral from Ivan. Jennifer thanked Harvey. Joe and Pat got together.
