Tom O’Toole coordinates the scheduling of presentations. When he confirms the date with the BoB member, he usually sends these guidelines for the prestentation. I figured that I’d take his email and post it one the website. Here they are:
- Your presentation should be approximately 7 to 10 minutes in length. This will allow you ample time for Q&A. Remember, more often than not, “less is more”.
- The neither the Omega Diner nor BOB provide any supplies for your presentation. If you need a projector or electricity, please bring the projector as well as extension cord.
- Finally, if you have a flyer or other materials to distribute, it is strongly recommended that you distribute them after your presentation.
BoB members in good standing are entitled to present at a meeting. If you’d like to give a presentation, please talk to Tom O’Toole.
